Ray Stagner, Owner
Since 2003, Ray has worked closely with business owners and families, helping them think through long-term decisions while they’re still busy running companies and supporting the people who depend on them.
In practice, that often means addressing questions that don’t come up until much later: how a business exit affects personal finances, how ownership transitions impact income, or how taxes can change the outcome of a sale. Ray helps clients step back, look ahead, and make informed decisions before timelines become compressed.
Ray grew up in eastern Oklahoma, where hard work mattered and your word meant something. That background still shapes how he works today. He values straightforward conversations, long-term relationships, and practical planning that supports both family and community.
Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University and has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations.
Outside of work, Ray spends as much time outdoors as possible. He’s a competitive bass fisherman, coaches softball, and enjoys time with his family. He also volunteers with organizations including the Oklahoma Adaptive Sports Association and No Boundaries International.
